For Merchandising:

1. Intro Call - To discuss project details, areas of interest, expectations, and future goals.

2. Lookbook - A uniquely designed six product mockup lookbook for FREE

3. Quote - Products selected by client with pricing options, turned invoice to be paid prior to project start. Rush charges may apply.

4. Artwork Proofs - Artwork layout, sizing, color, and mockup approved prior to production

5. Production - Managed by us in support of budding suppliers, decorators, and manufacturers.

6. Shipping & Fulfillment - Ship directly to location or fulfilled with one of our center partners.

For Consultation:

1. Intro Call - To discuss pain points, areas of improvement, goal planning, and future endeavors.

2. Consultation Proposal - Includes deliverables, requested materials, and consultation contract. Invoice sent afterwards and can set up multiple consultations at once.

3. Consultation - Meeting between client and our consultant. Actionable items will be presented along with any set planning.

4. Accountability - Regular complimentary check-ins will occur to guarantee client success.

For Design Services:

1. Intro Call - To discuss project details, areas of interest, expectations, and future goals.

2. Project Proposal & Outline - A comprehensive outlook on what needs to be done; imagery, verbiage, formats, deadlines, and concepts. Sketches may be included to confirm visualization.

3. Project Quote - Cost of materials and/or labor, installation (if needed), and rush charges (if applicable)

4. Design - Built, created, and managed by us with support by our team and our collaborators.

5. Shipping & Installation - Sent to site or scheduled to be installed, as decided by the client.

6. Event Management - If requested, we can manage the set, display, or experience for a set duration as determined by the client.

A creative consultation is scheduled on an hourly rate, and the meeting is determined by the client's needs. Deliverables are listed in the consultation proposal post an introductory call. Deliverables can include planners, calendars, budgets, mood boards, concept boards, tailored design, general accountability, etc. These can be created during the meeting or sent to the client afterwards.

Similar to a construction proposal, a set or display design is billed as materials and labor. Labor includes display construction and installation. Small to midsize displays can be constructed and installed in two weeks. Sets, pop-ups, and activations may need to be proposed at least 8-12 weeks in advance to allow time for materials, construction, and delivery.

The best time to request a quote is at least 4-6 weeks prior to your due date. This allows time for sourcing, quote revisions, mockups, artwork proof approvals, production, and delivery. Most production timelines for suppliers are 10 business days. Projects less than 10 days may incur rush charges or deemed impossible to reach, if a specific due date is needed.
